Visual Analysis 

Throughout the BIC Model you are able to generate graphs of items that interest you.  It is a great tool to assist with forward planning.  You can see the patterns of past data that helps in deciding how to forecast the future.  More importantly you can check to see if your forecast makes sense.

In the Results section of the BIC Model, you can generate a graph simply by clicking on the title of each performance measure.  For example, the Profit before Tax below graph for the demo company is shown below.

The blue dotted line is the profit forecast and the red line is the actual.  The other dotted lines show the average trend.  Something went wrong in November but action was taken in December to bring the profit for the month back on track.

The BIC Model produces both trend line graphs and moving averages.
